Shawneece “Coach Neece” Hennighan is the founder and director of Never Xcluded Hoops (NXH), a Delaware-based girls’ basketball development and empowerment program created with one mission: to ensure every girl feels seen, supported, and confident—on and off the court.
Never Xcluded Hoops was born from a simple belief: no girl should ever feel overlooked, unheard, or underestimated. What began as a passion for helping young athletes grow has become a powerful platform for confidence, leadership, and opportunity.
With years of experience coaching at the youth, AAU, and high school levels, Coach Neece is committed to developing the whole athlete. Her training focuses on skill development, basketball IQ, accountability, mental toughness, and personal growth—while never losing sight of character and self-worth.
NXH operates under the motto “Here for Her,” providing a safe, challenging, and uplifting environment where girls are encouraged to compete, grow, and believe in themselves. Through annual programs, Coach Neece continues to impact girls across Delaware and surrounding communities.

NXH was created to serve girls who may feel overlooked, underestimated, or unsure of their place in sports. Our goal is to provide every athlete with the skills, support, and belief she needs to grow—on the court, in the classroom, and in life.
